February - Squat completed

I did it !! First challenge smashed 🏋🏼‍♀️ did an over squat as my maths was bad. But enjoyed committing to an every day challenge. I definitely feel more tones and have better stamina. More importantly I raised £90 for Maggie's so let's hope that can make a difference to someone living with cancer.



Thank you to everyone who sponsored me. It feels a nice achievement.


Next months challenge is going to be around mindfulness. I have used meditation in the past but my friend is now supporting me to attend a yoga class. I hoping to also start more yoga practice.
