I saw a post on Pinterest and thought I would give it a go. so for my challenge this month I thought I would try being a bit more creative. I've not done gluing and sticking since I was in school. I thought surely those skills never leave you. I wasn't too far wrong but arranging card in a pleasing way took a few drafts. The Pinterest idea was to cut up your wedding cards and making them into a collage so you can look at them forever. Better than them being hoarded in a box or going in the bin I thought. Most of the materials I could get from Amazon so there was no needs for specialist equipment.

I found the process very relaxing. I did need to concentrate and really think about how I wanted the end design to look. I very pleased overall and will be putting them up around the house. I prefer the one with a bride and groom on. I just think it looks a bit neater and clean cut. I did need a big work space though as had quite a few cards to work with. It was nice to reflect on the lovely day even if this was 2 years later. There was a lot of loss and calamity leading up to our wedding but it was strange that all of those problems melted away when thinking about it. See the final results below. Just goes to show from chaos can come beauty.
